Job description
- Utilize your clear understanding of Canada immigration law and effectively apply this knowledge to client situations
- Manage client deliverables and expectations in a high volume environment, able to effectively handle multiple engagements
- Prepare, review and submit TRV and PR applications in a high volume environment
- Stay in communication with clients, address their concenrs, answer their questions and facilitate and guide their document preparation process
- Be an active member of our Canada immigration practice in implementing best practices
Qualifications
- Active Member of ICCRC, Paralegal, Lawyer or experienced law clerk
- Must be sharp, productive and fast learner
- Excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Must speak excellent Farsi and English
