Quebec immigration announces that on 4 of November a number of 3500 files four for the normal (paper based application) will be accepted.
In addition, 2800 files also will be allowed to submit on 18 January 2015 trough a new electronic submission profile.
To do this, the applicants must create their online profile and send their applications via the Quebec immigration website.
